A while back, I enrolled in this high-end mastermind run by a big shot guru. Halfway through, he springs this challenge on us: start a side business from scratch and generate a good income within a year, working just one hour a day. But there's a catch - you can't use your own name or existing assets. You've got to build a brand and entity completely from the ground up.

Now that fired me up! I live for this kind of tests - taking limited resources and growing them exponentially through sheer will and the power of great marketing. So I accepted on the spot.

They assigned us niches randomly and I got Mobile Notary. Boring, I thought to myself at first! Doesn't matter - with the right positioning and promotion, you can kill it in any niche.

We launched in June and I got straight to work!

Build a Brand from Scratch:

I can't use my name in any way to build this brand. Creating a brand without using my name is like painting a masterpiece with an invisible brush. The goal? To build a brand that stands tall, independent of my personal identity. This step is crucial – it sets the stage for future scalability and even the potential sale of the business.
